Barefoot Hoofcare Rates
These rates apply to all existing clients and any new customers.
Rates are based upon mileage from Santa Clara.
20 miles and under: $65/trim
21-30 miles: $70/trim
30-40 miles: $75/trim
over 40 miles: $80/trim and up
If you live 30 miles and over from my location a travel fee will be added to your bill. This travel fee will be a minimum of $25 and may go up from there depending on how far you live from Santa Clara. This travel fee applies to each visit. If there are multiple horse at the same location to be trimmed this fee will be divided by the number of horses trimmed.
Discounts
If there are more than 3 horses at the same location you can discount $5 from your trim. Please note this discount does not apply to first time trims.
NOTE: I do use two different power tools (Rotozip and Angle Grinder) when trimming especially during the summer and fall months when horses hooves are very hard. If you have a horse that is being trimmed and won't stand for the Rotozip or the Angle Grinder an additional fee will be added to the trim. This fee will be determined at time of trim and fee can change from trim to trim . This may not apply to all horses. Of all the horses I have trimmed I have only come across one that wouldn't accept the Rotozip.
